Mangaluru: Kannada devotional Tele-serial, ’Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney’ launched

Mangaluru, 05 Aug 2016: The blessing and launching ceremony of Kannada tele-serial, ’Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney’ was on the occasion of feast of Saint John Maria Vianney at Vianney Home, Kankanady here on Thursday August 4.

 

Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangaluru blessed the serial and wished all the success to the team of Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group for their unique venture.

 

Mangaluru diocesan vicar general Dennis Moras Prabhu, diocesan chancellor Fr Henry Sequiera, Father Muller Charitable Institutions director Fr Patrick Rodrigues, Episcopal deanery vicar Fr J B Crasta, Ursuline Provincial Superior Sr Rita Vaz, Bambil parish council vice president Melvyn Pinto, Vianney Home guardian Fr Melvyn D’Souza, Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group director Fr Stany Monteiro, tele-serial director Vinod Gangolli, actor Ashwin Alban Monteiro were present.

 

 

The members of Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group honored Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza on his 75th birthday.

 

Vinod Gangolli delivered the keynote address and Fr Stany Monteiro thanked all.

 

Kannada tele-serial, ’Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney’ is a devotional movie produced by Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group and will be telecasted from August 7 on Sundays at 9.30pm on Divine Word TV and will be repeated on Wednesday at 1.00pm. Fr Dr Ronald Serrao, professor of St Joseph’s Seminary, Mangaluru is the scriptwriter of this tele-serial that is directed by Vinod Gangolli.
