Udupi/M’Belle: Annapoorna’s Sunshine Pride Inaugurated, Sunshine Grace launched

Moodubelle, 23 May 2016: The third project of Annapoorna Developers at Naalkubeedhi, Kattingeri, Moodubelle, Sunshine Pride, a residential complex was inaugurated and a new housing project-Sunshine Grace was launched on Sunday, 22 May 2016.
At noon, Fr. Clement Masarenhas, parish priest of St. Lawrence Church, Moodubelle inaugurated and blessed the new residential complex comprising of 24 1BHK/2BHK flats. The proprietor of Annapoorna Developers-Chandrakant Rao along with some of the prominent members of Lions Club Moodubelle were present.
The formal inauguration function was held in the evening of the same day at 6.30 pm by lighting the lamp in front of the new building. MJF Ln. Jayakar Shetty Indrali, past Lions District Governor and Managing Director of Badagubettu Credit Cooperative Society was the chief guest. Other dignitaries who lighted the lamp included Vasudeva and Mrs. Vijaya Rao-parents of Chandrakant Rao, Devdas Hebbar, Vedamurthy Prasanna Bhat, Chandrakant Rao and his wife Mrs. Sumangala Rao.
Soon after lighting the lamp, stage programme was organised in the Sunshine Hall. Devdas Hebbar in his introductory remarks narrated the circumstances that led Chandrakant Rao to undertake the three major projects in Naalkubeedhi, namely, Annapoorna Commercila Complex with Corporation Bank and other enterprises and businesses, Sunshine Residency and Sunshine Pride. The success of these projects has emboldened Chandrakant to venture into another housing project-Sunshine Grace with 45 one BHK flats, booking for which has already started.
Vedamurthy Prasanna Bhat prayed for the good health and success of Chandrakant Rao and his family and wished him God’s blessings and success in future ventures.
Those persons who have purchased flats in Sunshine Pride were honoured by the guests on the dais by offering them flowers.
In his address, MJF Ln. Jayakar Shetty Indrali complimented Chandrakant Rao for his bold initiative in the construction business and putting up such beautiful residential buildings in a village and providing an opportunity to people to have flats at affordable rates.
Chandrakant Rao in his brief speech said that the customers are his ‘first gods’ without whom he would not have been able to undertake such projects in a remote village. He assured the flat purchasers all amenities and facilities.
Prem Kumar compeered the programme; Divya welcomed the guests and Venessa Menezes proposed the vote of thanks.
