Muscat: Priyanka Mendonca of Moodubelle Wins Medal in “Dance Mania”

Muscat, 07 December 2010: Indian Social Club Muscat had organized the dance competition “Dance Mania” in Muscat. Priyanka Mendonca of Moodubelle had participated in this competition in the categories of Solo and as well as Group dance under the team name “Green Chillies” In the preliminary competition held at the Indian Social Club, the team “Green Chillies” performed excellently and was selected as the qualified team from the 15 teams participated, to compete in the finals.
The finals were held at Al Falaz Hotel. The famous and popular Bollywood film director Priyadarshan was the Chief Guest of the event. The team “Green Chillies” performed very well in the stiff competition and won Bronze Medal in their category.
Priyanka Mendonca has participated many cultural, dancing programs and competitions and have won many medals and awards. Bellevision is proud to note that among all the participants Priyanka is the only girl from Mangalore and that too she is from Moodubelle. Priyanka Mendonca is the daughter of Edward and Philomena Mendonca, Thokoli, Moodubelle.
