KCA - UK Celebrates Christmas for successive 8th year

Manchester/UK, Dec 29, 2014: KCA, UK held the Christmas celebration, which is popularly known as ‘Christmas Boom’ for the eight successive years. This is one of the events hosted by KCA UK, which attract people from different community to come together and share some memorable moments. The event was held at Hotel Royal Nawaab, Stockport - Manchester on Saturday December 27.
There were around 20 families gathered from all over United Kingdom to participate in this fun filled evening.
The event was commenced at 6.45pm, with a melodious song ‘Merry Christmas Everyone’ from Melisha Barboza, well known comperer Joseph Sequeira from Warrington gave a friendly start to the event. KCA UK President Santhosh Pinto welcomed the guests and urged them to take complete advantage of all the activities lined up for the evening.
KCA UK kids brilliantly performed the nativity play written and coordinated by Cecelia Andrade.
Excitements were high when Santa Claus came into the stage, which was followed by carol singing by children and ladies.
Santa gave away presents to all the children. Benson Moras from Leeds as Santa, along with some outstanding music from DJ Rizwaan from Manchester gave a thrilling beginning to the event.
As scheduled, the Bar was opened at 7.45pm by opening the champagne and starters were served, Martin Saldanha was in charge for this set-up. This is followed by some exciting games both for men, women and Kids. Santhosh Pinto conducted the games.
Ancita D’Souza sang a Konkani song from ‘Wilfy’s Melodies’ which was well appreciated by the participants.
Delicious dinner was prepared and served by Nawaab Restaurant.
Lainet Pinto and Vinod Barboza offered sincere thanks who worked hard to make the event possible and successful; they wished all the participants a happy new year.
