Kuwait: Indian Cricket Club (KICC) holds maiden picnic

Kuwait, 08 November 2010: Kuwait Indian Cricket Club (KICC) held their maiden picnic for members and their families on Friday 5th November 2010 at Ahmadi Garden, Kuwait to mark the first anniversary of the club. The day long fun-filled event had sporting activities, games and entertainment.
The event began at 10:30AM with a worm welcome by Praveen D’souza along with a brief introduction of the daylong event. To give a personal touch, each member was requested to come forward to introduce their family to the gathering. Thereafter a delicious breakfast was served.
Kids and adults enjoyed every moment of the day with lots of fun-filled games like Tying balloon on leg and breaking each other’s balloons, Walking with lit candle, Hitting Ball on a Target, Breaking the Pot, Tug of War. The crowd was extremely sporty as everyone took part in all the activities.
Monica Carnelio led gathering to the grace before meal. A yummy lunch was prepared and served by May Flower Restaurant. After the lunch Housie Housie was conducted by Ivon Lobo. Fabulous prizes were given away for the winners for various games.
