Udupi: Minorities Forum Felicitates J.P. Hegde

Udupi, 29 May 2012: Jayaprakash Hegde was felicitated by Udupi District Minorities Forum on Sunday 27th May 2012 at Don Bosco Hall Udupi. Forum President Cyril Mathias, Secretory Usman Ali, Former President Kathib Abdul Rasheed,  Mother of Sorrows Church Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Fred Mascarnhas, Dr. Jarald Pinto, Alphonse D’Costa and other members were present on the occasion.

 

 

Prof. Cyril Mathias presided over the felicitation program. Dr Gerald Pinto made the felicitation speech and said that Victory of Mr. Hegde shown that even good and honest people can win elections. Rev. Fr. Fred Mascarenhas also the Vicar Var of Udupi Varado felicitated Mr. Hegde by offering flower, fruits and shawl and asked the people to strengthen the hands of Mr. Hegde.

 

Alphonse D Costa compeered the program. Kateeb Abdul Rashid proposed the vote of thanks. Later Mr. Hegde listened to the issues of people and assured that he will serve the people with honesty.
