My name is Arvin Sequeira and I am 8 years old. I live with my parents and little sister in Philadelphia, USA.

In June 2009, I went to Florida to visit Disney World. The flight from Philadelphia to Orlando took about 2 hours. From the airport we straight away drove to the hotel. Since it was late we rested that night. But I was too excited to go to the parks next morning. This is the first time I was visiting Disney World.

Next day morning, we went to Animal Kingdom. This is a huge park with lots of animals and rides.

This is a great park for kids and animal lovers. When we enter the park, we saw a giant tree with all the animal carvings.

We saw a 3D movie about crawling bugs!!! It was really creepy. We were screaming. We also went on a ride that goes into the grasslands of Africa (African Safari). We saw real wild animals roaming around.

Then we went on a coaster ride to Mount Everest. It was an amazing thrill.

There were many other rides and shows like Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, Finding Nimo – the musical show, Disney characters. We wanted to spend more time in the park, but were too tired.

Next day we went to Typhoon Lagoon. It was a very big water park and a right place to cool down on a hot sunny day. The main attraction of the park was a giant wave pool.

I enjoyed when the giant wave hit me and pushed me all the way back. I also like when the water squirted on me when I was floating in the river.

Our next day stop was Epcot, a science and space park.

When we enter the park, we saw a giant golf-ball shape ride (Spaceship earth) that goes into history and future.

We also went on many other thrilling rides and saw world show case.

Our next day trip was to Blizzard Beach. It was a big water park with wave pool and many exciting water rides. The rides were thrilling and different from the previous park.

We enjoyed the pool and many rides.
Our final trip was to Magic Kingdom. I think this is the best of all the parks that I have seen before.

When we enter the park, the first thing we was the Cinderella’s castle and the surrounding garden.

We spent the whole day at the park and enjoyed many rides like – Tea Cup Bumper Cars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Snow White and the 7 dwarfs.

There were two parades of Disney characters – one in the afternoon and the other is at night. They were amazing.

At night we saw awesome firework on top of Cinderella’s Castle.

Our trip to Disney World was never forgettable. All the parks are truly amazing. The memories will remain forever and I hope you too enjoyed the pictures.
