His Excellency Charles Koffi Diby, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire) visited Most Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangalore in his residence in Mangalore on Friday 14th of December 2012.

The mortal remains will be placed at St Vincent Ferrer Church, Valencia at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday march 2nd 2011 followed by mass at 4.00 p.m.

Rev. Fr Alexander Cyril D’Souza (68 years), a priest of the Diocese of Mangalore for 40 years went to the heavenly abode in the evening on Wednesday 24th of March, 2010 after a short illness at a private hospital in Mangalore.

Rev. Fr Lawrence Fernandes (73 years), a priest of the Diocese of Mangalore for 47 years went to the heavenly abode at 2.45 a.m. on 24th of February, 2010. He died of a massive heart attack at a private hospital in Mangalore.

Rev. Fr Vincent Martis (61 years) the present Parish Priest of St Antony Church, Sastan died on 2nd February 2010 at around 1 p.m. because of tragic road accident near Mount Abu in Rajasthan. He was travelling together with his family
