Abu Dhabi : ISC organises six a side Cricket tournament

Abu Dhabi , Jun 9, 2014 : ISC  Sports Section  presented , 1st –ISC Cricket  Six a side cricket tournament  at the Emirates Palace Hotel on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th June’2014 which was a spectacular show .

The event saw participation from 12 teams and was witnessed by good enthusiastic crowd who were  treated to  spectacular cricket ,  ambience with DJ music in an iconic venue –Emirate Palace cricket ground .

 

 

The arrangements were done very well for the comfort of all players , families  and audience  with the following available for everyone’s comfort .

 

• Benches , Seats 

• Sun Umbrellas

• Table

• Bedouin Tents 

• Water 

• Refreshments 

• Beverages 

• Ambulance service on stand by duty.

 

 

The Winner of the tournament    – V6 team captained by Mr.Rajesh  

Runner up team – Occasion captained by Mr. Sunil Hariani .

Player of the Tournament – Shafeeq from V6 team .

Best Batsman of the Tournament – Sujit from ATB (Abu Dhabi Travel Bureau )

Best Bowler of the Tournament – Gaurish from MMAD ( Maharastra Mandal-Abu Dhabi )

Trophies ,  Cash Prizes were given to the winning and runner up team .

While Medallions were given to all Man of Match players and support staff .

The Trophy for the Winning team –V6 was presented by Hon.President of ISC – Mr. Dorai Natarajan  ,

Trophy for the Runner up team –Occasion  was presented by  Hon .General Secretary of ISC – Mr. Rajagopal Vinod .

 

Trophy for Fair Play award to Abu Dhabi Travel Bureau Team was presented by Hon. Sports Secretary  of ISC  –Mr. Mathew Varghese .

 

Tournament Organizing committee  team comprised of the following personnel ,who put in an  fantastic  effort to put up such  a spectacular show conducted  for the 1st time by I.S.C.
