Mangalore: Deputy Commissioner inspects Flyovers on National Highways

Mangalore, 23 May 2014: Deputy Commissioner (DC) A B Ibrahim on Friday May 23 held discussions with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) officials during his visit to view flyovers on national highways at Bikarnakatte – Kaikamba, here and B C Road, Bantwal.

 

DC Ibrahim first visited Bikarnakatte – Kaikamba and advised NHAI officials either to widen the narrow service road that leads to Moodbidri from below the flyover by acquiring the land or to explore the scope to bifurcate on the flyover towards Moodbidri. 

 

 

DC Ibrahim also advised NHAI officials to allow traffic on either side at the flyover in B C Road, Bantwal.

 

NHAI project director Sriram Mishra, engineer Mohammed Haqnif, SP Sharanappa, Mangalore municipal commissioner Ajit Kumar Hegde and others were present on the occasion.
