Udupi: Foundation laid to Build Fortune Enclave, promoted by Akar Developers at Santekatte

Udupi, 11 May 2014: The foundation stone laying ceremony to construct Fortune Enclave, luxurious apartment and commercial complex promoted premier builder Akar Developers was held at Santekatte, near Ashirvad Theater, here on Sunday May 11.
  
Kallianpur – Milagres Cathedral parish priest Fr Stany Lobo led the prayer service and laid the foundation stone for building Fortune Enclave at Santekatte, here on Sunday morning.
 
Swami Laxmivara of Kaniyoor mutt, Fr Stany Lobo, Malpe masjid Imam Imranullah Khan Mansoori, Udupi Builders Association president Jerry V Dias, town muncipality council chairman Yuvaraj, local counciller Chandrakant Nayak, partners of Akaar Developers were present on dais.
  
The engineer Yogesh of A G Associates briefed about this prestigious project. The building comprises basement, ground floor and 7 multi-storey commercial and luxurious residential building with 2 wings.
 
Akar Developers directors Thomas Lewis, Ramatullah, John Patrick Lewis, Bhaskar Shetty, Sunny, Danny and others were present on the occasion.

Swameeji in his address wished the success to the developers . Udupi is fast developing city and people love to stay in this beautiful place. So to fulfill peoples requirements all these new developement taken place.
 
 
Fr Stany Lobo congratulated all the mothers on the occasion of International Mother’s Day and stressed the importance of mother in each family.  ‘All citizens of this nation should contribute to the all round develop and live in peace and harmony,’ said Fr Stany.

 

 

Imam Imranullah Khan quoted the verses of Quran and stressed about the humanity and importance human values which is missing these days. Meanwhile, he called upon people to take early measures in order to avoid disasters in future.
 
Jerry v Dias spoke about the contribution of real estate developers for the growth of city and also the society. He urged the citizens to change their mindset towards builders as the latter are responsible in their trade and struggling to meet the strict requirements of Udupi Development Authority which is a huge task, said Jerry.
