Hassan: General Awareness on Dengue Fever Essential: Dr H Nagaraj

Hassan, 29 May 2013:  It’s essential to create general awareness on taking precautionary measures on dengue fever, said Congress leader and medicinal practitioner Dr H Nagaraj.

Dr Nagaraj was speaking after inaugurating general awareness on dengue fever during a function held at community building, near Kollapuradamma temple, Pension Mohalla, here on Tuesday May 28.  It was organized by Uday education Trust.

 

Dr Nagaraj advised the people to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in and around their households.  The dengue fever has taken several lives already, which can be effectively curbed by following a few health tips. Any symptoms should be referred to health officials, advised Dr Nagaraj. 

The municipal commissioner Nagabushan, Pension Mohalla tenth ward corporator Yashwant, eighteenth ward corportator Arif Khan, M Krishna Hospital Dr Satish, Congress leader and medical practitioner Dr Lokesh, social activist Manjunat Sharma, Mahantesh, Laxman, Devaraj, Anu, Prakash and others were present at the occasion.
