Moodbidri: Future soldiers set bad example by messing at school accommodation

Moodbidri, 6 Aug 2014: The youth, who have come here from different states across Karnataka, in order to attend weeklong state-level army recruitment camp at Vidhyagiri, here have made a mess of accommodation at the local state-run school within a few days. They also scribbled mobile numbers of girl students and drew graffiti.
The youth were provided accommodation at Government Higher Primary School, Handelu, that lies besides Vidhyagiri, here on Monday August 4. The youth made a mess in the premises and also used girl’s toilet. A few empty bottles of alcohol also found in the school premises. The future soldiers have displayed their indiscipline by all sorts of mischief.
The teachers reported the issue to block education officer and school governing council who lodged a complaint with the local police. The sub-inspector Ramesh Kumar arrived at the spot and inspected the premises.
