Kundapur, 23 Jun 2014: It was a moment wherein a bridegroom gives a new life to an orphaned. The youngster exhibited his generosity beyond words by accepting a twenty-six-year-old woman who is an inmate of Spoorthidhama orphanage, Koteshwar, near here as his life partner.
She was grown up in Spoorthidhama orphanage, while she used fondly call its chief functionary Dr Keshav as her father. She had none in this world whom she can call her own.
Meanwhile, a youngster Larry Lavida D’Souza, a native of Belman in Karkal taluk who happened to visit Spoorthidhama liked her and expressed his willingness to marry her. He convinced his parents and brought them to Spoorthidhama whereby Dr Keshav held talks with both parties.
Accordingly, they were married at the registrar’s office in Karkal. The parish priest of St Lawrence church, Karkal blessed the newly-wed couple.
Larry has set an example to others for a worthy cause.
