Mangalore: JDS District President M B Sadashiv resigns citing personal reasons

Mangalore, 21 Jun 2014: Dakshina Kannada district JDS president M B Sadashiva held a media conference at Moti Mahal hall, here on Friday June 20 at 4.30pm to announce his resignation owing to personal reasons.

 
Sadashiv said that he was the president of district JDS for two-term plead JDS supremo Deve Gowda of his intention to resign on personal grounds even before the general elections, but that was not approved by the latter.  Meanwhile, it was approved by Deve Gowda and the election for the new incumbent will be held shortly, said Sadashiv.

 

 
Sadashiv thanked the party activists, heads of different political parties, media persons, general public for their co-operation during his service.

 
JDS district executive president Mohammed Kunhi Vittal, other office bearers Chengappa, Ram Ganesh, Susheel Noronha, Shafi, Raghava, Srinivas Alva, Srinat Shetty, Anita Bhandarkar, Usha Shetty and others were present at the media conference.
