Siddakatte: Chaitanya Foundation organises blood and eye donation camps

Siddakatte, 20 September 2010: Chaithanya Foundation, Siddakatte, in association with Father Muller Medical College Hospital organized a blood donation and eye donation registration camp at St. Patrick Parish Hall, Siddakatte on Sunday, 19th September 2010.

 

More than 40 units of blood have been collected during the camp. It was the seventeenth camp organized by Chaithanya Foundation so far in their native village.

 

 

Chaithanya Foundation has also started new campaign – registration for eye donation in an effort to create general awareness on bringing light to the unfortunate. It was the second camp successfully held by Chaithanya. Seventeen people have furnished their information and committed for eye donation at the occasion.

 

Chaithanya Foundation founder president Nigel Noronha welcomed the gathering.
