The minister Ratnakar was speaking during the valedictory function of silver jubilee celebration of Narayan Guru High School, Padubelle, near here on Saturday January 4.
The minister Ratnakar also inaugurated the welcome arch of The late Pandit S K Suvarna Belle Educational Complex and felicitated all those families who have donated their mite in this regard.
He also assured that the teachings of Narayan Guru will be compiled to make it a chapter in text book in coming academic year.
The state urban minister Vinay Kumar Sorake after inaugurating silver jubilee memorial building block at the school campus said that the state-run schools that thrived since several centuries are on the verge of closure, while the state government is trying to revive them with several incentives. Meanwhile, Billawar Association Mumbai ® and its visionary Jaya C Suvarna have greatly contributed in supporting Narayan Guru High School, Padubelle, here. He also assured to contribute Rs 5 lac every year to the school, assured minister Sorake.
The former state minister and MLC Kota Srinivas Poojary inaugurated Narayan Guru English Medium School building on the same occasion.
