Udupi, 17 Dec 2013: The third mega project in the country at Padoor, near here was completed ahead of deadline by putting in 10 million safe man hours, thereby created a history in the Asian continent, said Jin-Moon-Lee, South Korean project manager of SKEC – KCT which is the contractor execute phase B works of ISPRL, the third underground storage facility for crude oil at Padoor, near here.
Lee was addressing the staff of SKEC – KCT and sub contractors, during the celebrations held at their office, near here on Saturday December 14.
SKEC – KCT deputy project manager K M Prasanna Kumar said that the credit for successful completion of project goes to his colleagues and all workmen. It would pave the scope for executive of future contract, said Prasanna.
The safety awards were presented to key workmen. The sumptuous food was served to all the gathering, besides daylong entertainment programmes were held.
ISPRL chief executive officer Veerabhadra Rao, Jin-Moon-Lee, Prasanna Kumar, mechganical manager Majumdar, production manager I C Roh, shift manager D H Kim, planning manager Y W Song, cast manager M E Park, quality control manager Rakesh Tulasini and others were present on the occasion.
