Dubai: Ferarites UAE organize fun-filled Picnic at Zabeel Park

Dubai, 19 Nov 2013: The clouded skies and gentle breeze of the pleasant November season was beckoning one and all to an outing to the Zabeel Park arena from where the panoramic background of Dubai skyscrapers and landmark, the Burj Al Khalifa is just a few kilometers away. Enjoying the early pleasant weather outdoor, the 100-plus crowd started flowing steadily towards Zabeel Park to join in the family picnic with Ferarites UAE.

 

The morning session started by well known youth leader Norbert Sequeria. Ferartes president Vijay Lawrence cutinha who welcomed the gathering and thanked each and every one who involved in organizing the event. Then started the fun filled event with warm up game couple game and created 4 groups: pink, purple, yellow and green and organized some the best and fun loving team games such as dodge ball, filling the water to the bottles.  The main attraction of the picnic was  Election speech the Theme which is given to each group to prepare during the lunch break in 4 languages  Kannada, Tulu, Konkani and Hindi language. All 4 teams given the Hindi item dance songs and asked to prepare and present. The entire gathering was attracted and danced along with participants.

 

 

The delicious Shetty’s lunch was served with payasam. Afternoon Antakshari and dumb shears were conducted.

 

In the evening founder president Vincent Pereira conducted traditional fun loving game: tug-of-war was held and it was a really a tough fight for supremacy by all teams.

 

The picnic is ended with raffle draw and thanks giving ceremony by Norbert Sequeira who compeered the whole days event. Every one enjoyed the day and gone back with fond memories.
