Hassan, 31 Oct 2013: At the prevailing time, when students abandon studies by their wayward nature; Parikshit Ka Nayak who has authored a book on human rights and international organizations while in the course of his study, thereby set an example to student community.
Parikshit was born to Krishnappa couple who is working in police department while serving in Davanagere during August 28 1993. He was forced to study in different schools owing to his father’s transferable job. Now, he is studying in final year B A at St Philomena (Autonomous) College, where students from 23 nations study. The students from 19 states of India are also studying, while Parikshit is close to Afghan student Meharbuddin Walkman. Both of them were used to eagerly engage the overseas students about their countries and idea struck to them in order author the book about their findings.
Both began to compile the status of human rights for the benefit of different castes and rural folks. The result was a total of 480 pages book on human rights and international organizations was released on October 24. It has the explanation of situations in different countries, related to politics, social, economical, legal protection, tradition, war announcement, international conferences, refugee status, child protection laws etc. The key objective of publishing the book was to create general awareness on rights and save the people from depriving their rights.
It’s a fact that students bunk their classes and fall in bad company and ruin their future, while both Parikshit and Meharbuddin have utilized their prime time in authoring a book that is of great use to all. The Afghanistan Ambassador to India Abdul Khaliq Rashid commended the book after reading it. Parikshit has plans to translate the book in Kannada and reach the same to rural folks. Parikshit has ambition of studying for IAS.
