Udupi: Kalaakul, Theater Repertory Presents Konkani Play, Platform No 3 at Pamboor Parish

Udupi/Pamboor, 29 Oct 2013: Parichaya, a Forum to promote Konkani folk-art, culture and literature, staged Konkani play ‘Platform No 3 at Pamboor parish auditorium, near here on Sunday October 27.  The play was presented by the artistes of Kalaakul, theater repertory promoted by Mandd Sobhann, Mangalore.
 
 
The stage programme began by singing the anthem of Parichaya.
 
 
Parichaya president Anil D’Sa felicitated Pamboor parish priest Fr Paul Rego for allowing to stage the Konkani play at the parish auditorium.

 

 

 

 

 Anil also felicitated the playwright Arunraj Rodrigues who briefed about Kalaakul, theater repertory and the play on the occasion.
 
 
The play was presented in a single background that is a railway station. The play was successful in bringing home the message that there is turning-point in everyone’s life either for good or bad.
