Mangalore: DC N Prakash Pays Respect to Father of Nation; Mahatma Gandhi

Mangalore, 2 Oct 2013: Dakshina Kannada district Deputy Commissioner (DC) N Prakash garlanded the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the park located besides Town Hall, here on Wednesday October 2, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

 

ADC Dayanand K A, MLCs Captain Ganesh Karnic and Monappa Bhandary, Seva Dal president Basheer Baikampady, honorary president Pradeep Kalkura, Mangalore president Prabhakar Shriyan were present on the occasion.

 

 

 

One-hundred-six-year old Nittoni, hailing form SC community from Kasargod was felicitated during the programme.
