Shirva: Wilson D’Souza wins state level wedding photo contest

Shirva, 21 August 2010:  Wilson D’Souza, , the ace photographer  of Shirva, specialist in wedding photography has won two prizes in the Wedding photo contest  organized by the  Akila Karnataka Video and Photographers’ Association (R) on 19 August 2010 at Karnataka Chitrakala Mandir, Bangalore. 

These two prizes are: (1) Wedding Digital Creation Photography-First Prize and (2) Wedding Best Movements-Second Prize.

The prizes were awarded by  Mr. V. Somanna, ex-Minister  and MLC, Bangalore. Other dignitaries on the dais were Mr. Kempanna , Retired Information Department Officer, Mr. Jayaram, Managing Director of Corporate and Communication, Karnataka Power Corporation Limited, Mr. MSC Aradhya, President AKVPA and Mr. Shankar Chintamani. Earlier, Wilson had won two awards at the South Kanara District level and two at the state level.

Wilson D’souza is married to Priya D’Souza and has a son named Warren.
