Dubai: Vamanjooreans UAE Celebrated Nativity feast on 20th September

Dubai, 22 Sep 2013: Vamanjooreans UAE had celebrated Monthi feast on 20th September 2013 at Bangalore Empire, Karama which started at 8.00 p.m. The program started by offering flowers to Mother Mary followed by prayer lead by Reshma Pinto and then led by Cultural program and  Noven Jevan.

 

The new committee was introduced by the M.C. Mr. Lancy D’souza. Here below are the names of the new committee members  :

Treasurer - Mr. Ronney Serrao

 A detailed report on the work and charity done from past year was read out by the Secretary Ms. Joyline Pinto followed by lighting the lamp by the new committee members. Vamanjooreans youth welcomed the gatherings by a welcome skit. Music band "Sequels" which includes singers like Lovelyn, Ms.Nisha, Ms. Joshel, Mr.Vincy, Mr. Milan, Mr. Arrol and Mr. Melwyn got a standing ovation from the crowd for song "Pavsa"  , along with this they also kept the program lively by many other songs. The Dancing Prince of Vamanjoor, Mr. Arun Lobo and his group Feat beat performed wonderful dances. The Vamanjoor youth had also organised various Jokes , dances , Quiz (about Vamanjoor and its Famous personalities) & games like housey housey, Simon and Tony Says etc to keep the crowd busy and cheering.

 

The program was later concluded with a baila dance which was enjoyed by all.
