Reading the Gospel from Mathew’s account he reflected on Jesus’ invitation to be salt of the earth and light of the world. Then he prayed God’s abundant blessings on his future projects.
Rev. Fr. Deepak Tauro OCD felicitated the Minister with a shawl, and offered a stature of Infant Jesus. Later the Minister spent some quiet moments at the miraculous statue of Infant Jesus and visited the Adoration Chapel and later lighted the candles.
During the interaction Mr Rai said, “I am a great devotee of Infant Jesus. One of my supporters had vowed that I should visit this Holy Place after the elections. To fulfill my vow here I am this morning. I asked God to bless me with the grace of faithfulness, sincerity and selfless service to the good of this state.”
