Mangalore, 18 Apr 2013: The peoples overwhelming support to Congress is widely witnessed across Karnataka than the last assembly elections 5 years ago, said union minister and Congress veteran M Veerappa Moily.
Addressing media persons during a press meet held at DCC election publicity office, Kadri, here on Thursday April 18 morning, minister Moily said that he had participated in the assembly election campaign during 2008. Meanwhile, its during the election campaign this time, he has witnessed overwhelming support to Congress by majority of voters, said minister Moily. He expressed hope that Congress likely to get majority in the upcoming assembly elections.
The enlightened voters are aware of rebel candidates. KPCC has chosen candidates in secularist basis with due priority to bring social justice, added minister Moily.
