Pernal ICYM holds Youth Day celebrations at Fathima Church

Pernal, 12 Feb 2013: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of Fathima Church Pernal organized youth Day celebrations on Sunday, 10 February 2013 in the evening from 5.30 to 9.00 pm.

 

Prior to the variety entertainment programme, a brief stage function was organized presided over by Rev. Fr. Gregory Seravo  Parish priest and Director of ICYM . Following the prayer dance, Jane Quadras, President of ICYM welcomed the guests and the gathering.

 

 

Prizes were distributed to the winners of various competition events conducted by ICYM Pernal. Overall championship trophy was also given. Loyal Correa introduced the chief guest of the programme Guest were Rev. Fr. Lesie D’Souza ICYM shirva Warado Director, Rev. Fr. Maxim D’Souza YCS Shirva Director.

 

ICYM members played a very interesting and suspense Drama "VOIR PONDA" which was written and Directed by Landle Mendonca Icym member. Vote of thanks was proposed by Freston Mendonca. Program was compeered by Ryna D’Souza.
