M’lore: Fifteenth Annual Day observed at Holy Hill Miracle Cross

Mangalore, 26 Sept 2012: 24th September 2012 was a big day at Holy Hill Mangalore as it has celebrated its 15th Year Annual Day. A huge crowd of people from all walks of life arrived before 5.00 pm.

 

The place was decorated with colourful lights, plants and flowers.  The Holy Cross was surrounded by devotees who were indeed turned the place into a beautiful atmosphere.

 

 

 

The celebration started at 5.00 pm sharp by an opening prayers and Rosary prayers led by Holy Hill committee members.
Rev. Fr.William Barrocas gave the word of God and in his talk he expressed his happiness to see a large number  of devotees  gathered. There was a very meaningful talk highlighting about the cross and Christian life.

 

The hymns of  Praise and worship were  lead by Mr. Peter Fernandes .  The melodious  Choir was led by a Holy Hill Committee  member.  The ceremony came to an end at  7 .30  pm with a vote of thanks by Mr. Paul Rodrigues. He thanked Mr. & Mrs. Melwyn D’Silva,  all the sponsors and a special thanks to  Bellevision.com for the continued support to Holy Hill.
