Kundapur: Women’s Organization conducts Singing Competition

Kundapur, 24 Sept 2012: The Women’s organization of Holy Rosary Church, Kundapur organized singing competition for women on Friday 21, 2012. The brief stage function was attended by the parish priest of the Holy Rosary Church, Rev. Fr. Anil D’Souza, principal of Junior College, Fr. Pravin Martis, president of Stree Sanghattan, Mrs. Vinaya D’Costa, secretary Mrs. Juliet Pais; evaluators of the competition- Eric  Soans, Lesley  Aroza, Mrs. Renita Rebello and  secretary of the Parish Council Mrs. Sony D’Costa.

 

 

 

In the first round of the singing competition Sangitha Pais secured first position, Mrs. Ivin D’Souza, second position and Mrs. Flavy Pais, third position. In the group song competition-Vailankani Group stood first, Suvarna Almeida and Group got second place and  Philomena Almeida dn Group secured third position. The programme was compeered by Daisy Rodrigues.
