M’belle: NSS Activities inaugurated in St. Lawrence PU College

Moodubelle, 28 July 2012: “Students should be aware of the happenings in the society and they can get such awareness through the education that they receive in their respective schools and colleges. There is a greater need of persons who can respond to the needs of the society. Hence, those students who achieve personality development through NSS should grow as the resource of the society.” Said H.D. Devegowda, Principal of Government Pre University College, Palli after inaugurating  the NSS Activities of St. Lawrence PU College, Moodubelle on Thursday, July 26, 2012.

 

 

The inaugural function was presided over by Fr. Paul Sequeira, principal of St. Lawrence PU College. Programme Officer Edward Larsen D’Souza gave introductory address. History lecturer Navin Correa compeered the programme. Sachin Shetty welcomed the guests and Unit Leader Sudarshan proposed the vote of thanks.
