Ladies entrepreneur Bank to be set up in two districts : Minister of Industry Mr. Murugesh R. Nirann

Bangalore, 09 March 2012: International Women’s Day and successful ladies enterpreneur’s award ceremony in association with Karnataka Commerce and Industry association was held at the Ashoka Hotel in Bangalore on Thursday.

 

Mrs. Datti Sadananda Gowda, wife of Chief Minister Dr. Sadananda Gowda inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the traditional lamp and she wished all best of luck.

 

Minister of Major and Medium Industry Mr. Murugesh R. Niranni was the chief guest at the function said that the government has already in discussion on opening of Ladies Entrepreneur”s Bank in two districts of the state.  He also promised that the government has also decided to lend 50% loan for this purpose in the coming days and also eventually this type of banks shall be opened in all districts of the state and requested business women to come forward like men to participate in banking business.

 

 
All the winners were felicitated during the function namely, Ms. Sadhana Kini Manipal, Dr. H.J.
