Young Stars Pamboor presents Tulu Play for charity

Pamboor, 27 December 2011:  The recently formed Young Stars, Pamboor  presented a hilarious and educative Tulu Play “Daada Malperapundu…” at  Shri Narayana Guru Educational Institutions premises on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at 7 pm to raise funds for various charities, especially for the Pamboor Catholic Higher Primary School, Manasa  and Shri Narayanaguru Educational Institutions. 

 

The Young Strs, Pamboor was established around six months back with  Vishnu Prasad as President, Suresh Salian as Vice President and Larsen Noronha as Secretary.

The Tulu Play, “Daada Malperapundu…” directed by Kishore D. Shetty  was based upon corruption and bribary in the government offices and their impact on the common people.

 

Fr. Charles Lewisd, Parish Priest of the Holy Cross Church Pamboor and Jinaraj Salian, Heaadmaster of Shri Narayanaguru High School  attended the play. Fr. Charles Lewis presented mementos to the donors.
