Billawas Qatar and KIMSHEALTH Successfully Host Free Medical Camp in Meshaf

Doha, 24 Apr 2024: In a remarkable display of community service and collaboration, Billawas Qatar, in association with KIMSHEALTH Medical Centre, Qatar, successfully conducted a free medical camp at KIMSHEALTH Medical Centre, Meshaf. The event was attended by more than 200 individuals, who benefited from free consultations, health screenings, and wellness advice provided by expert medical professionals.

 

The event was graced by the President of Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), Mr. Manikantan A.P., as the Chief Guest. In his address to the gathering, Mr. Manikantan emphasized the importance of routine health checkups and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, applauding the organizers for their proactive initiative toward community well-being.

 

 

The program commenced with a warm welcome by General Secretary of Billawas Qatar, Mr. Umesh Poojari, followed by a keynote address from the President of Billawas Qatar, Mrs. Aparna Sharath, who expressed gratitude for the community’s support and reiterated the association’s commitment to social service and welfare.

 

Adding to the occasion, President of Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF), Mr. Shanavas Bava, and President of Indian Sports Centre (ISC), Mr. E.P. Abdul Rahman, joined the event and addressed the gathering, commending the efforts of Billawas Qatar in organizing such a community-centric program.

 

Dr. Rahul Munikrishna, representing the management of KIMSHEALTH Medical Centre, expressed appreciation for the opportunity to collaborate with Billawas Qatar and pledged continued support for similar health-driven initiatives.

The master of ceremonies for the event, Ms. Bhoomika Raghunath, conducted the proceedings with grace and professionalism, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the event.

 

Vice President of Billawas Qatar, Mr. Jayarama Suvarna, delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of volunteers, medical professionals, and all attendees who made the event a success.
