Doha-Qatar: Subramanya Hebbagilu, Vice President of Indian Cultural Forum attended the program as the Chief Guest on the occasion of 78th Independence Day of India organized under the auspices of Emanul Mar Toma Yuvajana Sakyam and Christian Medical Fellowship of Qatar, on this occasion he spoke about the sacrifices of our leaders in the independence movement and the development of India. In the program Mr. Subramanya Hebbagilu honored his services to the Indian community in Qatar.
