Udupi, 16 Sep 2023: Ultimate aim of education is to prepare its students to be ready for employability and with this objective in mind; Milagres College had a workshop arranged on Friday, 15th September, in the AV Hall.

 

To commence the discussion Mr. Karthik Nayak, convenor, Career Guidance Cell, briefed the students regarding business case studies and instructed them on how to plan, progress and conclude their final presentation. Mr. Ganesh Nayak guided the students to solve the Management Case Studies strategically.

 

In short a business case study is a research tool, or methods, which  discuss and summarises, a real life business issue faced by an enterprise, or a business concern or a Company and evaluate how it may affect society within a given business context, which guide and guard final projects.

 

The overall objective of this initiative is to encompass an overview of relevant case studies, emphasizing their practical applications and insights for business strategy and decision-making.

 

At the end of orientation, the following learning feedback was received from the participating students, in the process of incorporating interactive sessions and discussions: 

- Active participation 

- Getting a practical understanding of business problems and thinking in an innovative way to solve them.

 

As a whole, the program was designed and aligned with the college’s educational objectives, especially promoting a comprehensive understanding of business cases within a professional learning environment.
