Mangaluru, 06 May 2021: Dakshina Kannada district Congress Committee’s Covid Helpline convener former MLC Ivan D’Souza launched Break the Chain campaign as numbers surge by distributing masks and sanitizers at the municipal market nearby Congress Bhavan, Mallikatte, here on Thursday, May 6 morning.
