Elders day celebrated at Stella Maris Church Kalmady

Kalmady, 21 February 2010: Elders Day was celebrated at Stella Maris Parish, Kalmady  on Sunday 21st February 2010. Fr. Maxim Misquith, the parish priest offered the Mass which was attended by majority of the elders. After the Mass, the gathering of the elders was held in the Parish Hall.

The Preseident of the Catholic Sabha, Mr. Gregory Quadros welcomed the elders to the programme. Mr. Franklin Menezes  offered best wishes to all the elders who had attended the programme. Fr. Maxim Misquit entertained the gathering by telling jokes which were enjoyed by each and every one.  The Vice president of the Catholic Sabha, Mr. Louis Lobo gave some tips to the elderly people how to keep themselves busy, healthy and happy. Mr. Jerome Andrade proposed the vote of thanks. The entire programme was anchored efficiently by Mr. Sanjay Andrade.
