Udupi: Catholic Sabha urges police to clear doubts over suspicious death of Fr Mahesh

Udupi, 08 Nov: Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh® in a communiqué urged the law enforcement agencies to unearth the true motive behind the suspicious death of Fr Mahesh D’Souza, assistant parish priest of Our Lady of Health parish, Shirva, near here and also principal of Don Bosco School, Shirva, here, in order to clear the doubts that are plaguing the faithful.

 

 

Catholic Sabha extends all the support to law enforcement agencies in their investigation that would clear the doubts arisen from untimely death of enterprising and dynamic young priest Fr Mahesh.

 

They also urge cyber cell of law enforcement agencies to take legal action on viral videos that are morphed in order to create doubts in the minds of large number of faithful of Udupi diocese. Besides, they appealed those who have any clues related to this case in order to hand over to investigating officers.

 

They condemned those who are exploiting the situation to further cause communal-rift and abusing the diocesan authorities with their baseless acts, as stated in the communique.
