Udupi: Jenisha Lobo from Shankerpura bags National Karate Awards at Mangalore

Udupi, 10 Nov: Jenisha Lobo from Shankerpura, student of S.V.H.School, Innanje bagged Gold in Kumite and Silver in Kata at the National Lavel Karate Championship under age group of 14-16 years for Blue and Belt catagory.

 

 

The National level Karate event was held at Father Muller Indoor Stadium on 9th November 2019, in the 37th Budokan Karate-Do India National Karate Championship-2019 organized by Institute of Karate & Allied Arts, Padubidri, DOJO. The Championship was held in association with Kreeda Bharathi Mangalore Falah Educational Institutions, Vidyanagar Talapady.

 

Jenisha is the daughter of Joseph Lobo and Neema Jenny of Pangala Parish (Shankerpura).

 

 

In the same event Leston alva of Shankerpura clinched Silver Medal in Kata Catagory. He is son of Leslie and Veena Alva.
