Young Boy suffering from brain tumour needs help

Udupi, 30 May 2011: Six year old Dhanush, son of Gopala Achary a resident of Cherkadi Grama, Udupi, is suffering from brain tumour and has been admitted to KMC Hospital Manipal. Financial situation of Gopal Achary is very poor and the treatment of his son will cost him lakhs of rupees, which he cannot bear by himself. Being helpless, he has appealed for help from the society.

 

 

Udupi Jilla Nagarika Samithi and Udupi Hotel Owner’s Association visited the hospital and helped with Rs. 15,000 for the treatment of this child. On this occasion Samithi Chief Secretary Nithyananda Volakadu, Samithi Representatives; B. Ashok Pai, Dinesh Poojary and others were present.
