Mangaluru: Konkani plays, Soar Sargar & Mummy Maka Zai staged during KNS Theater Festival

Mangaluru, 15 Oct: Two Konkani plays, ‘Soar Sargar’ and ‘Mummy Maka Zai’ staged on the occasion of 3rd day of Theater Festival of Konkani Natak Sabha (KNS) at Don Bosco Hall, here on Saturday, October 13 evening.

 

Lawrence D’Souza is the playwright of ‘Soar Sargar,’ directed by Jerome Moras and presented by artistes of theater group - Udenthi Kalakar, Ruzai.

 

 

Valston D’Sa Pangla is the playwright of ‘Mummy Maka Zai,’ directed by Ganesh Rao, Ellor and presented by artistes of theater group - Panglache Kale.

 

LNS president Fr Paul Melvyn D’Souza welcomed the gathering and wished the actors success.

 

Karnataka Konkani Sahithya Academy Award Winner, Konkan Kutam Award winner renowned Konkani writer Valli Vagga, KNS vice president Sunil Menezes, general secretary Judith D’Souza, joint secretary Jossy Theodore, treasurer Jerry Concessao were present.
