Kuwait: Piusnagar Welfare Committee hold Annual Get Together - 2018

Kuwait, 17 Apr 2018: Piusnagar Welfare Committee Kuwait (PWCK) organized their annual get-together at Harmony Hall, Salmiyah, here on Friday April 13.

 

Celebration started at 8:15pm with introduction by master of ceremony Sunil Menezes. The prayer was led by Victoria Noronha. Wilma Moras extended her warm welcome to all the parishioners along with more than 125 gathered guests and well-wishers were present.

 

 

Roshan Quadras - president welcomed the chief guest Fr Noel D’Almeida, parish priest of St Daniel Comboni - Abbassiya, Morvine Quadras, Gulf Voice of Mangalore Season-4 winner 2014, Joylene Gonsalves (Gulf Voice of Mangalore Season-5 Winner 2016, Samson Noronha – president Pamboor Welfare Association Kuwait, Alban D’Souza – president Shirva Welfare Association Kuwait and Praveen Menezes – vice president of Piusnagar Welfare Committee Kuwait, on stage with flower bouquets and all the parishioners gathered, guest and well-wishers and cut the cake symbolically to start the event.

Fr Noel D’Almeida praised PWCK members’ dedication towards the Piusnagar parish for the last 17 years.

 

Fr Noel D’Almeida felicitated GVOM Season-5 winner 2016 oylene Gonsalves and honored with a memento and flowers on the same occasion. 

 

All the sponsors, participants were honored by Fr Noel with flowers.

 

As part of entertainment program, beautiful dances performed by Viola group, Reshal, Rihanna and Mohira, Alvita group and Sanchia and Vian and lovely songs by Morvine Quadras and Joylene Gonsalves and Stenwill Menezes and enthralled all.

 

Long awaited Auction game was conducted by Sunil Menezes and Raffle draw conducted by Roshan Quadras and Prize was distributed to the winner. Lots of spot prizes were given away during the event.

 

Remy Fernandes proposed the vote of thanks. Wilma Menezes rendered grace before meal. M&M Caterers provided the delicious food for the evening. Nice photography by Prem Crasto, Rocking music was played by DJ Roshan.
