Nativity Feast Celebrated at Holy Cross Church

Udupi, 08 Sep 2017: Nativity feast marks the birth of Mother mary. This feast is celebrated in the coastal region of Karnataka with great devotion. The ceremony started at 7:30AM. Rev Fr.Paul Rego blessed the paddy. Flowers were offered to Mother Mary. During the homily Fr, Paul spoke about the importance of motherhood in daily life and the sacrifices a mother makes for the family and children.

 

 

The church magazine "Khursaacho Taalo" was released by Mr. Victor Mendonca. The parishioners took part in a large number. Cake and sugar cane was distributed after the mass.
