Pius Nagar Welfare Committee Kuwait(P.W.C.K) Celebrates Monthi Feast

Kuwait, 18 Sep 2016: Pius Nagar Welfare Committee Kuwait (PWCK) Celebrated Monthi Feast (Nativity of our Lady) at PWCK President house, Salmiyah here on Friday 9th September 2016.

 

Celebration started at 7:30pm with the prayer by Prathima Menezes. President Richard Menezes extended his warm welcome to all the parishioners and also welcomed Rev.Fr.Baptist Menezes (Vicar General of Udupi Diocese) and Rev.Fr.Fredrik Brags with flowers.

 

Sunil Menezes & Team conducted the Monthi Feast event and offering flowers to Mother Mary. All the children and elders offered flowers to Mother Mary singing “Sakkad Sangatha Mellyan” and “Moriek Hogalsian”. After the celebration soft drinks and snacks served to all the family members.

 

 

Number of games for children and adults were conducted during the event, prizes were distributed to all the winners in different games.

 

Roshan Quadras proposed the vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to all the members & fly who attended the monthi feast and the sponsors.

 

Prayer was rendered by Sunil Menezes. Traditional meal with different type of delicious Vegetables, including Sanna, Fish curry Rice and Vorn were prepared by PWCK Fly members which were served for the evening.

 

The event concluded with ‘Laudate’.
