Mangaluru: Muhurat of Tulu Movie ’Barsa’ held in city

Mangaluru, 24 Apr 2016: The muhurat of Tulu movie, Barsa, to be produced under the banner Bolli Movies at the direction of Devdas Kapikad, Sharmila D Kapikad, Mukesh Hegde and Sapna Srinivas Kini was held at Mahaganapati temple, Sharavu, here on Saturday April 23.

 

Raghavendra Shastry Sharavu held the muhurat by clicking on the camera along with entrepreneur Mukesh Hegde Yekkar.

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, Devdas Kapikad said that it’s the 3rd movie that will be produced under the banner of Bolli Movies.  It has lot of comedy and a social message.  The actors who were cast in Chandikori, Tulu movie will be cast in this movie.

 

P L Ravi is the cameraman and Mass Madha will direct the stunt scenes.  Kadri Manikant will provide playback music.

 

The movie will be shot in 32 days in Mangaluru, Bajpe, Yekkar, Sakleshpura, Hassan, Mudigere, Chikmagaluru and other regions.  Arjun Kapikad and Kshama Shetty are the lead artistes.

 

Dabak Daba Aisa, Tulu movie producer Prakash Pandeshwar, entrepreneur Mukesh Hegde, Devdas Kapikad, Sharmila D Kapikad, Sapna Srinivas Kini, Laxman Kumar Mallur, Santosh Shetty, Chetan Rai Mani, Nitesh Suvarna, Pranav Hegde, Manisha, Timmappa Kulal, Sadashiv Amin, Geetanand Shetty and others were present.
