Mangaluru, 21 Nov 2015: The first panel of 3 jurors of Mandd Sobhann, selected the Top-3 Nominees of the 7th Global Konkani Music Awards from among 163 applications. The Nominees are –

The second panel of 3 jurors will select the winners. All Nominees will be honoured and winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony. Each Award includes Rs 25,000 cash prize, the coveted title and a trophy. The Awards Ceremony will be held at Kalaangann, Shaktinagar, here on Sunday December 13 at 6.00pm.
 
 
Internationally acclaimed Queen of Indipop and Playback, Ms. Hema Sardesai, will be the Chief Guest. Sonia Shirsat, the ‘Fado’ Queen of Goa, will perform. Nach Sobhann troupe will also perform scintillating dances and there will also be 2 songs by the Konkani Singing Club of Mandd Sobhann – ‘Sumell’.
 
 
The Award Ceremony will be compered by award winning playwright Arun Raj Rodrigues and SOAD-4 ‘Ranni Kogull’ Jacqueline Fernandes.
