Meerut (UP): Noble Priest from Nirkan, Fr. Jacob Lobo passes away

Meerut (UP), Tuesday, 14 July 2015: Fr. Jacob Lobo originally from Nirkan near Bantwal left for heavenly abode on Tuesday, 14 July 2015 at Meerut, where he served as a priest for 27 years. 

 

Fr. Jacob was born as thirrd child to Paul and Mrs. Lilly Lobo. He joined seminary at the age of 16. He was ordained as priest on 18 April 1989. He served as a priest in parishes and institutions and known as a diciplinarian priest.

 

 

His brother Industrialist Mr. V. P. Lobo, Chairman and Managing Director of T3 Urban Developers Limited proudly says " He was a guiding force in adhering good principles in T3 Company." 

 

Fr. Jacob Lobo will be laid to rest at 3 p.m. on 15th July 2015 at St. Joseph Cathedral in Meerut.
