Ignatius D’Souza takes oath as the Vice-President of Kanajar Parish Pastoral Council

Kanajar, 04 January 2011: Mr. Ignatius D’Souza (Church A ward), who was elected as the Vice-President of Kanajar Parish Pastoral Council (Parishad) took the oath of office in a ceremony held on Sunday, January 02 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church Kanajar. The ceremony was held during the holy mass at 8 am.

 

 

Mrs. Janet Menezes (Kapadi ward) took charge as the secretary of the Parish Pastoral Council. One of the members of the Parish Pastoral Council, Alphonse Saldanha, Lourdes ward led the oath for the rest of the Parish Pastoral Council members during this ceremony. The elections for the office of Parish Pastoral Council were held in the month of December.
