Mangaluru: Easter celebrated in different parishes of diocese with utmost fervor

Mangaluru, 05 Apr 2015: Easter, the feast of resurrection of Jesus Christ and mystery of Christian faith was celebrated with utmost reverence in over 125 parishes across Mangaluru diocese here on Saturday April 4 night. It marked the conclusion of forty-days of Lent, filled with penance and sacrifices.

 

 
The Easter vigil was held in parishes on Saturday evening, with the ceremonious Eucharistic Celebration that followed till Saturday night.
