Udupi: Coastal district’s singer Gagan makes entry in Zee TV Hindi Channel Sarigama Little Cha

Udupi, Dec 27, 2014: Gagan G Gaonkar, coastal district’s singer and multi-talented thirteen-year-old boy, got a fabulous entry in Zee TV Hindi fifth series Sarigama Little Champ competitions and appeared in the episode of Saturday December 27 night. It will be re-telecast on Sunday December 28.

 

Gagan’s parents Dr Gopalakrishna and Girija Gaonkar witnessed his debut in Mumbai, while Gagan is one amongst 11 talented chosen in India during first stage of competition.

 

 

Gagan’s singing sequences are highlighted in Zee TV telecast. His parents and mentors contributions are commended for Gagan’s entry into first stage of competition. Gagan bagged the first place among many contestants of Zee TV Kannada channel in Sarigama Little Champ competitions during 2012.

 

Gagan is the student of Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar, near here. He is proficient in Ghazals, Sufi and Classical music. He is the sole candidate chosen from Karnataka who is a greatest fan of veteran singers Lata Mangeshkar and Bheemsen Joshi. He is aspiring to meet the renowned musician Rahat Pate Ali Khan.
